I bought the YSL Rouge Volupte Lipstick before Christmas from Debenhams I had wanted one of these lipsticks for ages. It just took ages for me to decide on a colour! It has amazing packaging and comes with a small round mirror which is attached to the top. The texture is very thick and creamy, it also comes off quite easily. I usually like to add a bit of lip balm with it to give it a smoother look on my lips. Overall the lipstick is lovely! The colour is a peachy and slightly corally (only very slightly) pink. I would recommend it! It smells exactly like a Maybelline lipstick my mum has...
I got the Chanel nail polish for Christmas from Sophie. It looks amazing on and it's my new favourite shade of pink. I don't usually go for dark, hot pinks but this one was just my colour. I absolutely love it. I've always loved Chanel nail polishes, the colour is always amazing, it dries quicky and although it comes out quite thin, the consistency is usually enough to apply just one coat. That is how good it is! I usually find with cheaper nail polish brands like Barry M (which is actually my favourite drugstore nail polish) the consistency usually becomes thick and gloopy after a while and when you apply it to your nails it becomes hard to work it, building up quickly, getting clumpy and then doesn't dry properly. But on a positive note... Pulsion is the new Red!
